Yield: 4 Servings
¾ cup any GF pasta (dry)
½ (145.6 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
½ pound lean ground beef
¼ cup chopped celery
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
¼ cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove chopped
½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
1. Put water in saucepan to boil for pasta. Cook pasta until done. Drain.
2. In a large skillet, brown the beef with the celery and onion until the onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Heat.
4. Stir in GF pasta. Serve.
