Yield: Enough icing for two 8-inch round cakes or one 9x13-inch rectangular cake
¼ cup butter
1 lb confectioners’ sugar
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5½-6 T milk
1. Combine the first four ingredients in an electric mixer until the butter is in tiny pieces.
2. Add the milk, 1 T at a time. Beat at a high speed until smooth, about 1-3 minutes, depending on your mixer.
