1 lb confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
1. Combine the first three ingredients in an electric mixer until the butter is in tiny pieces.
2. Add the milk, 1 T at a time. Beat at high speed until smooth, about 1-3 minutes, depending on your mixer.
